This luxury Willerby Westmorland sited at the Woodland area of Flamingoland is a 35ftx12ft wide holiday home and will comfortably sleep a family of 6, in 3 bedrooms, comprising 1 double & 2 twin. Quilts and pillows are provided but guests need to bring their own bedding/towels. Each bedroom benefits from very efficient electric plinth heating.

 The spacious lounge is equipped with TV/ DVD player, Freeview and Gas fire.

The modern fitted kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave oven, fridge,

electric toaster, vegetable steamer, kettle and George Foreman grill.

We also provide an iron/ ironing board and vacuum cleaner. 

 There is a good size shower room with fitted towel warmer and a separate WC.

For your safety a Carbon Monoxide and smoke alarms, fire extinguisher and fire blanket installed .

 Outside is a rotary washing line, decked area complete with table, chairs and a BBQ, grassed area and off road parking. A 9-hole golf course, well stocked fishing lake, swimming pool, gym and sauna facilities etc. (own clubs/fishing equipment req’d) are available to caravan holidaymakers.
